Lori Loughlin has been pictured leaving church without her husband Mossimo Giannulli amid reports of a ‘looming divorce’ as the couple face court over college admissions scandal.
Wearing a white shirt with pale pants and long cardigan the Full House actress covered her face with what appeared to be a schedule of upcoming events before driving off in a black Mercedes on Sunday.
Loughlin, 55, did not appear to be with her fashion designer husband, 56, and instead walked with an unidentified man as she made her way to the vehicle wearing sunglasses, sandals and her hair down.
She refused to answer questions about whether she would take a plea bargain as she faces up to 40 years in prison for her alleged involvement in the Operation Varsity Blues investigation.

Lori’s Sunday visit to the California church come amid reports she may soon be adding another legal issue to her life.
She is said to have been at odds with Mossimo throughout the highly publicized scandal, Us Weekly reports.
And the couple’s eldest daughter is ‘extremely concerned’ that her parents may split as they face up to 40 years in prison for their alleged involvement in the Operation Varsity Blues investigation.
A source told the publication that ‘Bella is extremely concerned they’re going to get divorced’ as their legal battles wage on.
Lori and Mossimo reportedly ‘butted heads’ over which mode of transportation they should use for their most recent court appearance, but ultimately arrived via private plane.
‘The couple was advised by their lawyers not to,’ the insider said.

While Lori agreed with their counsel, ‘Mossimo insisted, saying it would be a ‘zoo’ if they flew commercial.’
The former Full House star and her fashion designer husband face decades in prison if they’re convicted of charges that they bribed the University of Southern California to the tune of $500,000.
The couple rejected a plea deal offered in April after they were charged with paying $500,000 for their two daughters to get into college.
They are among 51 people charged in a scheme in which prosecutors say wealthy parents paid an admissions consultant to bribe coaches and test administrators to help their children get into prestigious colleges.
‘Lori was inclined to take the deal, but Mossimo said it would ruin both of their careers,’ the source said.
And while their marriage appears to be going strong, sources close to the family believe Lori should part ways with her husband.
‘Her friends think she should leave him,’ an insider said. ‘But Lori refuses and says the ordeal has made them stronger.’
On Friday fellow actress Felicity Huffman and her lawyers pleaded for probation, community service and a fine instead of jail time for her role in the college admissions scandal.
Her application was buoyed by letters of support from her famous husband, William H. Macy, and her ‘Desperate Housewives’ co-star Eva Longoria.
Huffman, in a three-page letter filed Friday with the federal court in Boston that is handling the sweeping bribery scheme, said she has ‘a deep and abiding shame’ for her actions.
She said she has found motherhood to be ‘bewildering’ and had turned to the scheme in the hopes of giving her oldest daughter a chance to pursue her dream of acting.
Huffman said in the letter that her daughter has a diagnosed learning disability and struggles with math.

U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling, meanwhile, argues that Huffman should spend 30 days in jail because she knew the scheme was wrong and participated anyway.
Macy, who wasn’t charged in the scheme, said in his own letter to the judge that their family has struggled since his wife’s arrest.
Huffman has rarely left the house and hasn’t received an audition or job offer since her arrest six months ago, he said.
Longoria, in her two-page statement, recalls Huffman had a ‘gentle character’ and ‘kind heart’ while the two starred in Desperate Housewives.
Huffman pleaded guilty in May to fraud charges for paying $15,000 to have a proctor correct her daughter’s SAT exam answers. She is scheduled to be sentenced September 13.
