The Queen has been spotted in public wearing a hearing aid for the first time.
The 93-year-old monarch was pictured with a brown and red device lodged in her right ear as she was whisked to a church service on her Sandringham estate today.
It comes five years after her husband Prince Philip was seen wearing discreet behind-the-ear hearing aids when he was also 93 in October 2014.
Although Her Majesty is well into old age, she still has her hand firmly on the tiller of the Royal Family – demonstrated in her summoning Princes Charles, William and Harry to the Norfolk estate tomorrow for a crisis summit to hammer out a solution to the Sussexes future.
