*This* Royal Has the Most Popular Smile, According to New Report

Feast your eyes on this intriguing new research about which member of the British royal family has the most popular smile.

Altima Dental recently released super interesting data on which royal has the most-searched smile. To obtain the results, the dental care experts “analyzed the number of Google searches for British royal family members which contained the terms ‘smile’ and ‘teeth,’ to discover the top five most popular royal smiles.”

Kate Middleton claimed the number one spot with 36,000 searches per year. The Duchess of Cambridge won by a landslide over second place contender Meghan Markle, who received 17,400 searches per year. (That’s less than half of Middleton’s smile.)

Shortly behind the Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry claimed third place with 15,000 searches per year. Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter, Lady Louise Windsor, nabbed the fourth-place spot with 10,800 searches per year, while the 95-year-old monarch rounded out the top five with 7,800 searches per year.

“The royal family are recognizable worldwide and incredibly influential, so it is exciting to see just how much of an impact they have, even down to their smiles,” a spokesperson for Altima Dental said in a statement. “It is fascinating to see whose smile the public is most interested in, with The Duchess of Cambridge topping the list. Her smile is iconic—therefore, it is unsurprising that the public is Googling her teeth and taking inspiration.”
