Many people took to the comment section praising the mom for sharing her words of encouragement and speaking candidly about their own perceived flaws.
Among them were women confessing it wasn’t easy for them to accept having a round lower tummy after having kids.
“Two c-sections and rocking the major mom fupa! You make me feel good about myself! I needed this, thank you beautiful,” one person penned.
“You look fantastic! Go girl!” another commented.
“Over 40, two c-sections fupa and my husband still thinks I’m beautiful! You’re gorgeous by the way!” a third chimed in.
“Thanks! I was feeling like I wasn’t worth anything today! Made my year," a fourth wrote.
“Ok all of this but I have fake t*ttays and they were worth every damn penny,” another added.
However, not all viewers were impressed as some accused the mom of making excuses to not lose weight.
