Jessica Simpson wears corset after giving birth to daughter Birdie Mae
Jessica Simpson is not shy about sharing the many pitfalls of pregnancy.
Whether it’s flaunting her swollen feet or breaking toilet sets, the former pop star, 38, has always been forthcoming about the struggles of being a mom, which now includes wearing a corset while she exercises.
The fashion mogul posted a photo of herself reaching for her toes on Instagram Thursday, writing, “Just stretching it out in my rubber corset.”
“The joy of postpartum,” she added.
Simpson gave birth to her third child with husband Eric Johnson, daughter birdie Mae, on March 19. Two weeks after the delivery, she shared a photo of her two oldest children, writing, “Recovering from a C-Section is no joke! I’m feeling thankful for these two older siblings looking over their new baby sister.”

She told Net-A-Porter’s magazine The Edit, “I wore a double corset day and night for three months. It was sweaty, but worth it.” She added, “It was brutal; it’s not for everyone.”

Lily James may not have chosen her corset training herself, but after long days filming “Cinderella” in a tighter-than-tight corset, her waist certainly saw the effects. She was also on a liquid diet during the movie, telling E!, “When [the corset] was on we would be on continuous days so we wouldn’t stop for lunch…” The solution? “I’d have soup, so that I could still eat but it wouldn’t get stuck.”

Snooki modeled a pink and black waist trainer on her Instagram.
Amber Rose has posted multiple shots of herself sporting a waist trainer sculpting her famous curves.
Blac Chyna preached the benefits of her Instacurve waist trainer on her Instagram back in 2016, and was recently spotted sporting one in public.
Kim Zolciak and Brielle Biermann proved the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree when they donned matching waist trainers on Instagram.
