The woman of his dreams also needed to be a virgin and loyal.
In terms of physical appearance she also needed to be a D-cup and be taller than 170cm.
The man described himself as a rich with expensive taste in cars – claiming he has a Porsche in Melbourne and a Maserati in China.
He said he lives in an investment property his parents purchased in South Yarra with plans to buy his own home.
‘If we are in a relationship, you don’t need to worry about money problems. I will give you good life,’ he wrote.
‘But the only thing I need to make sure is you love me, not love my money.’

Social media users were shocked at the blunt nature of the post.
‘Submissive? You want a “yes sir” after every response,’ one person commented.
Another said: ‘I would’ve made the cut if it weren’t for my height.’
One eager hopeful said: ‘Get me on the next train to South Yarra.’
Others surely suggested the letter was ‘surely’ posted by a troll.
