My wife has stopped going to bingo and I think it’s because she cheated on me – The Sun

DEAR DEIDRE: MY wife has stopped going to bingo with her mates and I think she’s cheated on me.

I’m deeply in love with her but am not sure she feels the same. She’s 37 and I’m 40.

She went out for drinks before Christmas with mates and behaved oddly when she came home.

She rushed upstairs without saying hello, had a shower and got changed – and only then came down for a cup of tea.

I bumped into one of her friends a couple of days later, who said: “You need to look after your missus. She was getting lots of compliments the other night.”

I laughed but she looked at me and said: “No, I mean loads.” I reckon “compliments” is a euphemism for cheating.

My wife now says she won’t go to bingo again. “I don’t like the people,” she said. I think she’s done something stupid to embarrass herself.
