Inside Lucy Fallon’s very luxurious holiday in Barbados after quitting Coronation Street

Actress Lucy Fallon is on an very extravagant holiday in Barbados having stepped down from her role on Coronation Street.

The former soap star, who played Bethany Platt, is living the high life on the Caribbean break with boyfriend Tom Leech and the couple have been making us all green with envy after frequently posting on Instagram.

In one snap Lucy, 24, can be seen looking out over the couple’s private pool complete with sweeping views of the Caribbean sea. The lavish resort is complete with a main pool that leads onto the ocean and the vista is scattered with palm trees that break up the stunning view.

The pair have been uploading images of them relaxing by the pool, with Tom listening to a podcast while soaking up the sun.

Also in the hotel is a circular pool bar where a picture shows Tom enjoying a bright blue cocktail that matched the decor but perhaps didn’t look like the most natural of drinks.

In the evening Lucy’s boyfriend shared videos of the star enjoying a lovely meal at a local restaurant and they seemed to be in very high spirits.

The blonde bombshell could be seen throwing food up in the air and catching it in her mouth as her boyfriend said: “The joy on her face!”

The high class resort the pair are staying in pulled out all the stops for their trip, even decorating the bed with an “I love you” spelt out on the bed in petal-covered towels and accompanied by a sweet jewelled elephant made of towels.

Lucy has previously admitted that she really wants to marry her boyfriend of four years. After leaving life on the cobbles she said that her goals were to go to Thailand, run a marathon and secure a ring from Tom.

"I want to finish the marathon and get a medal, get a good job, go to Thailand – I’ve never been – I want Tom to propose to me at some point and I want to move house," she told Metro newspaper.

"I like having a project."
