Prince Charles just shared a super adorable photo of Prince Louis in honor of his birthday. Prince William and Kate Middleton’s youngest son just turned two years old and celebrated another year around the sun at the couple’s country estate, Anmer Hall. While William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, shared photos of Louis on his birthday, Prince Charles also got it on the fun and posted his favorite pic of his grandson.

On April 23, Louis officially turned two years old. Prince Charles was not the only one to share new photos in honor of his big day. Prince William and Kate shared a slew of sweet pics of Louis that shows how much he has grown since his first birthday.

Dressed to impress, Louis wore a stylish checkered button-up andpants for the special occasion. Although Louis looked very much like a properroyal, he wasn’t afraid to get a little messy on his birthday.

The pics reveal that Louis had a lot of fun painting a rainbowwith his hands. The two-year-old’s hands were covered in a range of colors thateventually got smudged all over his adorable face.

The photos were taken outside at Anmer Hall, where the Cambridges are staying amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Kate Middleton opens up about homeschooling

When they are not celebrating birthdays, William and Kate havebeen actively homeschooling their three children. Louis has yet to startschool, but his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, are intheir second and first years, respectively.

Schools throughout the United Kingdom have been shut down due tothe virus, which has left parents with the challenge of homeschooling theirlittle ones. According to TheDaily Beast, Kate recently opened up about teaching her childrenfrom home and revealed that she is always amazed by how much energy they expendon a daily basis.

“The children have got such stamina, I don’t know how they do it. Honestly,you get to the end of the day and you write down the list of all the thingsthat you’vedone in that day: pitch a tent, take the tent down again, cook, bake. You getto the end of the day, they’ve had a lovely time, but it is amazing how much you cancram into a day, that’s for sure,” Kate shared.

Based on the photos from Louis’ birthday, it is clear that William and Kate’s children get plenty of playtime outside. It is also good to see that the couple is making the best out of the current situation, which has forced the royals to isolate themselves from other family members.

Prince Charles joins the birthday fun

In a normal year, Charles would likely join William and Kate to celebrate Louis’ birthday. But due to the pandemic, Charles is currently isolating at his estate in Scotland with his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles.

While Charles could not visit with his grandson in person, he didoffer a special shout-out on social media. Taking to Instagram, Clarence Houseposted an adorable pic of Charles holding Louis in a loving embrace.

“A very Happy Birthday to Prince Louis, who turns twotoday,” Clarence House wrote alongside the pic. “The young Princeenjoys a hug from his Grandfather, The Prince of Wales.”

We do not know when the photo was taken, but it is easily one ofthe most adorable ones we have seen of Prince Charles and Louis. It is alsoreadily apparent that the image is one of the Prince of Wales’ favorites.

After recovering from the coronavirus, Charles updated fans on this health with a video that was taken from inside the drawing room at his Scottish estate. A slew of photos were displayed behind Charles, and the pic of him and Louis is among the ones in the center.

Is Prince Charles an avid Tik Tok user?

When he is not posting adorable photos of his grandchildren,Charles apparently loves watching online videos. According to PageSix, Charles recently revealed that he has been enjoying people’sviral videos, which he believes show “the very best in people.”

“In such testing times, it is reassuring to see that adversity is bringing out the very best in people,” Prince Charles stated, adding that technology is “allowing us to keep working, but also to keep in touch through virtual parties, games, singing — and some of the funniest videos I have seen for a long time!”

Charles did not specify which platform he uses to get his viralcontent, but some fans have speculated that Tik Tok might be at the top of hislist.

The royals have been using Zoom to video conference with charities and family members amid the lockdown. Last week, for instance, Prince Charles chatted with Queen Elizabeth via Zoom in honor of her 94th birthday.
