Gemma Collins claims she's overcome battle with food after only eating one Big Mac when McDonald’s reopened

GEMMA Collins feels she has overcome her lifelong battle with food because she only ate one Big Mac when McDonald’s reopened.

The reality star, who has recently shed 3st, dashed to her local drive-thru last week.

But she was unable to eat the majority of her order after three months without takeaways.

She said: “I went in on the menu and it was so strange because my mouth was watering and when I got the food I couldn’t eat it all. I was just so satisfied with one Big Mac.

“You know when you go to McDonald’s you just have a blow out? But it was just so strange.

“I think one good thing that’s come out of lockdown for me is I’ve realised it’s best not to have treats everyday. Like, once a week is amazing.”

The ex-Towie star, 39, did not say how many Big Macs she used to scoff.
On the new episode of The Gemma Collins Podcast, out today on BBC Sounds, she also reveals she got herself a bike during lockdown.

Gemma says: “It’s been really interesting because when I first took the bike out I could only do flat surfaces and literally as the weeks have been going on, I’m now in seven gears on one side and three on the other.

“I’ve still not worked out what they mean.”

Last year she said she had shed 3st but hoped to lose three more to reach her goal weight of 12st.
