RUTH Langsford today proved she hasn't aged a day as she shared a cute throwback snap to when she was pregnant with her son Jack.

The 60-year-old This Morning host's son is now 19-years-old, but judging by the picture you would think he was born yesterday.

She wrote next to the snap: "Sorting through some old photos and found this ….19 yrs ago at my Godson Charlie’s christening.

"We’ve shared a lot of those during our 30 yr friendship….thanks mate.

"She’s fairly new to all this so it would be lovely if you give her a follow and say hello #friendship #bff."

While this one said: "You haven’t aged a bit. X"

Meanwhile, this week Ruth revealed she nearly quit her TV career after her sister Julia's heartbreaking death last year.

The TV star was left devastated last June when Julia, 62, died by suicide at her Surrey home.

The tragedy left Ruth with "no motivation or desire" to continue presenting, but her husband Eamonn Holmes managed to persuade her to keep going.

Speaking to Best Magazine, she said: "It seemed wrong to be cheery on screen, when, inside, my heart was breaking.

"Eamonn pointed out that he was, in effect, losing not one, but two of the most precious people in his life – Julia and me. He showed me how I had so much to live for in Julia's memory – and beyond.

"He pleaded with me not to let it win, by ruining everything I had achieved – and still had to celebrate."

Ruth announced the sad news on Instagram, alongside a picture of the sisters together.

She posted: "My lovely sis Julia has sadly died after a very long illness. My heart is completely broken.

"She was the kindest and most gentle soul and I will miss her forever. As I am sure you will appreciate I need to take time to grieve with my family. Thank you for your understanding."

In the aftermath of Julia's death, Ruth cancelled all her telly commitments while she grieved.

Her sister had been suffering with depression for a number of years.

The landscape gardener, who lived in Surrey with husband Paul and daughter Katie, had spoken publicly about her battle with the illness and revealed how supportive Ruth had been, letting her stay at her home and helping with her confidence.

Speaking in an interview in 2010, Julia said: “Ruth has been really supportive. I’d phone her in tears and go stay with her.

"She encourages me to have more confidence in myself and when I’m trying to do too much she has taught me to say no and look after myself a bit more. She’s the best sister anyone could have.”
