Merrell and Benji Reid Showcase MQM Ace Suede
Outdoor footwear brand Merrell has teamed up with renowned photographer and visual artist Benji Reid to shoot the unique MQM Ace Suede sneaker from its Fall/Winter 2020 collection.
The MQM — which stands for ‘Move Quickly in the Mountains’ — was first showcased in the brand’s FW20 lookbook that was released earlier this year, and features a unique suede upper, Vibram Megagrip sole and air cushioning.
Reid — who earlier this year linked up with Fred Perry for a similar shoot — has become renowned for repositioning reality and pushing boundaries, a skill that often leaves viewers questioning how exactly his images have been shot.
Merrell’s MQM Ace Suede is available to buy now from the brand’s online webstore now, retailing at £140 (approximately $186 USD).
In other news, C2H4 has officially launched its footwear line.
