Kate Mara and Jamie Bell found a home of their own in the property located in Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles which the couple bought for $2.567 million. The estate was initially listed for only $2.3 million but the couple went above and beyond to snatch the home of their dreams which cost them about $200,000 more. Jamie Bell and Kate Mara’s relationship seems to be a special one from the very beginning to where the couple is now in their relationship.

The relationship of the two sounds like their story came straight out of a romantic movie. The couple seems to be always destined to be together which was proven by their relationship timeline. Their relationship started with friendship and acting as coworkers until they eventually developed feelings for each other. The couple had an additional member of their family in May 2019 which happens to be the same time when the couple bought their first house ever.

Start of the Couple’s Romantic Affair

The couple who first met in 2015 got engaged in January 2017 and eventually got married on July 2017. Kate Mara and Jamie Bell met way before they started dating. During one of their interviews, Bell has revealed that their first meeting also happens to be the day they first kiss as their initial introduction with each other is for a screen test. Little did they know that they would eventually end up together and they been in love and happy together ever since. The couple go public initially with their relationship, however dating rumors began in August 2015 when their friend costume designer and creative director Johnny Wujek posted a photo on Instagram where the couple is seen being cozy with each other.

With the cat now out of the bag, the couple started going on dates publicly as the two are seen going on dates from September 2015 onwards. The couple revealed that they developed feelings for each other when the press tour for Fantastic Four began. As the couple became certain that their relationship is something that is meant to last, they decided to tie the knot in July 2017 where the two shared a photo of them kissing on their Instagram account with a caption, “Nuptials” for Mara’s post and “Me & Mrs B” for Bell’s post.

Interior and Exterior Details of the Property

Just two years after the couple got married; they finally decided to lock in their first property where they settled down. The property that the couple bought is a 1930s-era mansion with three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. The couple fell in love with the place as soon as they saw it and decided that the property is worth splurging on so they locked in an offer of $2.567 million which eventually became the purchase price of the property. The 2,394-square-foot estate was designed by renowned architect Garrett Van Pelt which features a charming yet private abode as it is completely hidden from the view due to the unique position of the quarter-acre lot.

The property boasts tall fences which secures the privacy of the couple, making the home a secluded retreat for their family. There is also a formal living room with a dining room that has a large space with all white kitchen aesthetics. It has vaulted ceilings that highlight a skylight and a painted exposed brick. The house also highlights the stainless-steel appliances as well as a patterned tiles on the floor which gives the home stylish space that are not white which makes it feel airy and brighter.

The house also features hardwood floors on the entire house including the three bedrooms which all came with an en-suite bathroom. The guests coming over to spend the night at the couple’s house will surely love to stay at the guest’s bedroom that has a fireplace and the master suite is spectacular with a direct patio access through a stunning French door. The master bathroom also comes with a built in soaking tub with a glass shower. Just outside the house is a beautiful yard that is sure to give the ultimate retreat to everyone with a small pool into it and a hot tub that is surrounded by a lot of trees and hedges with a covered brick dining terrace that comes with an outdoor fireplace.
