The ‘it’s too hot to care’ pose sweeps Instagram as Amber Davies, Kady McDermott and Olivia Buckland try and look sexy while sizzling in the heatwave

AS Britain bakes in 40C heat, sizzling celebs are SO hot they can't be bothered to pull their usual Insta-worthy moves.

It's a hard life, but they have found a way around it, showcasing the chic "it's too hot to care" pose where they manage to look mega cool – even if they're roasting.

Best demonstrated by the likes of Love Island's Amber Davies, 22 – who's been soaking up the sun in Marbella – as well as 23-year-old Kady McDermott, these reality stars know how to work the angles, even in the sweltering heat.

Former Love Islander Olivia Buckland, 25 – who is currently on holiday with husband Alex Bowen in Barbados – also managed to pull off the pose while chilling under a palm tree.

The signature move is very straightforward – simply lie back as you would while lounging poolside – before placing one or two hands behind your head.

It can also be achieved while sitting – simply tilt your body back to a 45 degree angle, but don't forget the signature hand-to-head.

Several celebs and influencers used a prop to perfect their poses, including Charli XCX and Nicole Scherzinger, who both reclined on a rock.

Others used sun loungers to chill out on, while some were so hot they sheltered from the sun under trees and umbrellas.

Some took the pose poolside, including Former Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan, 27, and Made in Chelsea's Tina Stinnes, 24, who both relaxed against a turquoise backdrop.

Sofia Richie, 20, was so hot she even posed topless on the shore.

Even the queen of social media, Kylie Jenner, was too hot to strike her usual pose and simply chilled on the side of her luxury yacht with a hand to her windswept hair.

The 21-year-old kept her cool in a baby blue Chanel bikini while on a lavish holiday in Turks and Caicos.

While most of us have been retreating indoors during this week's heatwave, some celebs have even been too hot to pose inside.

48-year-old Mel Sykes as well as Geordie Shore's Sophie Kasaei took to social media to post their  'too hot to pose' snaps, with Mel enjoying a trip to Champneys Spa and Sophie waiting for a cocktail by the bar.

Even Ciara's daughter, Sienna Princess, is a fan of the pose, with the singer sharing an adorable snap of the pair in matching swimming costumes.
