Emmerdale’s factory death reveal ruined by cast blunder

It was Emmerdale’s Frank Clayton (Michael Praed) who lost his life as the Sharma factory went up in flames during tonight’s episode.

However, the big moment was somewhat ruined as fans spotted a huge clue who the victim was beforehand.

One viewer noticed that Frank was not on the Emmerdale cast sheet for next week.

Posting on a forum, the fan wrote: “Emmerdale have revealed the cast for next week and while Megan and Tracy are on it, Frank is not.

“I’d say it’s 99.9% certain he’s the one who dies this week.”

One person replied: “It was blatantly obvious yesterday it would be Frank with the amount of screen time he was given and the way he kept saying I’m in it for the long haul etc etc.”

While another added: “All the signs are there that it is him.”

They were right as it was Frank who passed away during tonight’s episode.

The dramatic scenes unfolded as Frank went back to the factory to collect his belongings after being fired by Jai in the day.

However, when he returned he noticed the fire and that daughter Tracy (Amy Walsh) was trapped in there.

Frank managed to get Tracy out, however he was delayed getting out of the building.

He did finally make it out, much to his family’s relief.

However the inferno then exploded – forcing him violently to the ground.

Paramedics on the scene then said they could do no more for him.

Emmerdale continues on ITV tomorrow night at 7pm.
