Billy Idol swears live at Glastonbury as singers appearance distracts fans

Billy Idol ended up swearing twice toward the end of his Glastonbury performance on Saturday afternoon.
Billy Idol and Steve Jones joined forces on stage as they merged Generation X and the Sex Pistols.
When singing their last number of I Did It My Way, fans seem to think Billy dropped the C-bomb.
“And now the end is near and so I face the final curtain,” Billy sang before adding: “You C***, get me a beer, I’ll state my case of which I am certain.”
As he also went to thank fans for coming to watch them, Billy said the F-word.
“The afterparty is at Stonehenge, I’ll see you there,” Billy told the audience. “I’m gonna get f***ed up tonight yeah!”
Ahead of Billy’s performance, the BBC did issue a warning to viewers about strong language.
Underneath the performance, the BBC warned: “Contains very strong language and flashing images.”
Fans took to Twitter in droves to comment on Billy swearing and many questioned why he was wearing a leather jacket in the hot weather.
“The afterparty is at Stonehenge, I’ll see you there,” Billy told the audience. “I’m gonna get f***ed up tonight yeah!”

“Billy Idol even dropped the “C” bomb live on BBC before 5pm. Magnificent.” (sic)
