Was Jeff Brazier married to Jade Goody, how many children do they have and who is wife now?
JEFF Brazier had made it his life's work to help parents learn how to cope with grieving children ever since Jade Goody passed away.
Following her untimely death ten years ago, Jeff has raised their sons Bobby and Freddie away from the spotlight and in September 2018 he married his long-time partner Kate Dwyer in Portugal. Here's all you need to know about his life and work.
Was Jeff Brazier married to Jade Goody?
Jeff began dating Jade Goody in 2002 and they were together for two years before they officially called time on the relationship.
Despite the common misconception, they did not marry.
During the relationship, the pair became parents to son Bobby Jack in 2003 and Freddie in 2004.
Jade went on to have a stormy relationship with Jack Tweed but the pair eventually tied the knot in February 2009.
What happened to Jeff and Jade's kids?
When Jade tragically passed away on March 22, 2009, following her battle with cancer and Jeff gained full custody of their sons.
Speaking about the loss of Jade in a life insurance advert, Jeff said: "I think most people know that for the last 10 years I've been bringing up my children Bobby and Freddie after they lost their mum, Jade, to cervical cancer.
"It's insanely unfair that they were robbed of someone that was such an incredible mum. I remember when Jade very bravely told them that she was going to be in heaven.
"For six months after that they were absolutely all over the place. From the moment your children are born and you hold them in your arms and you realise how small and fragile they are, I think you immediately become their protector.
"When I very quickly realised that I was going to be responsible for the boys, for the rest of their childhood."
During the airing of his 2010 reality show, Superdaddy, Jeff revealed he had a privacy order banning the use of any unauthorised images of his sons in order to help them enjoy a normal childhood away from the spotlight.
Jeff was faced with the agonising decision of going against Jade’s dying wish that the children always be privately educated after Freddie was diagnosed with ADHD.
The presenter moved the family back to Essex after a year in Brighton because Bobby had a difficult experience with bullying at a secondary on the south coast.
As far as annual reminders of what you don’t have anymore are concerned, today has been a solid 9/10 for both effort and honesty. The boys, Kate, myself & brother Spencer took my Mum for brunch at @fredanddougs before heading to the grave in the afternoon. The boys cleaned headstones with Nan whilst I sat on the bench marvelling in how much care the boys took over their Mums ‘special place’ We then finished the day with a trip to the cinema to eat too many sweets and watch a very good film about ‘What Men Want’ I thank my Mum for sharing her mother’s day empathetically with Jade each year and for my children who divide themselves between remembering and celebrating with clarity and fortitude. I hope others with a similar story found some satisfaction on a challenging day such as #mothersday #anniversary #bereavement #grief #loss #resilience #respect #honour #balance

The presenter was less than impressed when Jack Tweed claimed Jeff had ignored Jade's final wishes by taking them out of private school.
He has only recently started sharing pictures of the handsome young lads on social media.
The two boys served as best men for their dad when he married his partner Kate Dwyer, and Jeff says he still takes his sons every year at Christmas to visit their mum's grave.
Now 16, Bobby wowed his mum's fans with his striking modelling shots after signing to agency the Unsigned Group.
While Freddie, 14, is working part time at a coffee shop – and the customers love him.
When did Jeff Brazier marry Kate Dwyer?
Jeff began dating Kate Dwyer in 2013 and they got engaged while on holiday in Ibiza in 2017.
In September 2018 Jeff married Kate Dwyer with a spectacular cliff top ceremony in Portugal.
Jeff and Jade's children, Bobby, 15, and 14-year-old Freddie, were joint best men.
In an interview with Hello! Jeff said: "This isn't just any wedding, this is a really special one.
“It doesn't just represent Kate and I putting rings on each other's fingers. It represents the fact that we won at something really tricky. We won at becoming a family.”
He added: “Before it was just three boys rattling around in a house on our own, trying to get through life. Then Kate came along and worked so hard at making us complete."
Jeff also gushed about how close the boys are to his new wife, telling the Mirror:
"It's lovely [that the boys and Kate are so close], and it just keeps going from strength to strength.
"The boys can just see two people trying their best to be the best they can be and I think we're good examples for them at this time in their lives."
Dedicating my day tomorrow to answering questions about grief and loss. Ask away, I’m there for you. #grief #support #questionsandanswers #loss #bereavement #coach #survival ❤️??

What has Jeff Brazier been doing since Jade Goody passed away?
Jeff regularly campaigns to raise awareness about the prevention of cervical and testicular cancer.
He’s also fighting for more young people to have the HPV jab, which is now available, and would have prevented Jade from getting the infection which led to her cancer.
Jeff, who now presents TV shows, also writes and lectures about coming to terms with grief.
In recent years he has trained and worked as a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) qualified life coach, counselling other bereaved families.
Jeff has thrown his support behind campaigns to encourage people to visit their doctor regularly and conquer the Fear Of Finding Out (FOFO).
Speaking to The Sun Online, he said: "Jade had warnings, she had letters from the doctors and in her mind she hoped that if she just ignored it, it would go away.
“We know how that ended up and I know as the father of the two children who were left behind that the last thing you want to do is bring two children into the world and then tell them they are going to have the rest of their childhood, from the age of four and five, without the most important person in their lives."
In 2018, Jeff appeared on The Real Full Monty to raise awareness on cancer.
Speaking about his path into grief counselling, he told the Mirror: "I'm lucky that my life has given me some difficult experiences because it means that people understand or trust that I'm a good person to speak to because I've been through something like them.
"Bereaved individuals come to me looking for help and say they've read my book and it's helped them and that fills me with satisfaction just as much as becoming a guide for someone who's blind."
What's Jeff's background and how did he become famous?
Jeff Brazier, 40, was born on May 27, 1979.
His father, Stephen Faldo, worked and died on a pleasure boat called Marchioness which sank on the River Thames in 1989.
Jeff enjoyed a career as a footballer for teams such as Leyton Orient between 1996-2001 but found relative fame later that year when he took part in Channel 4's reality show, Shipwrecked.
In 2003 he appeared in Celebrity Wife Swap with then-girlfriend Jade Goody.
He then went on to perform as Aladdin in a 2005 panto and has taken part in reality shows such as The Farm and I'm Famous And Frightened!
In 2006, Jeff joined the presenting team for I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Now, and has also presented The X Factor Live Tour and the Clothes Show Live.
