SUSANNA Reid was left scrambling this morning as she was spotted tucking into her breakfast live on air.
The Good Morning Britain presenter was caught out when they returned from an advert break while she was mid-bite – and she rushed to hide her food from view.
Susanna, 52, told the viewers: “Just putting my breakfast away, excuse me.”
Her co-host Richard Madeley found it very funny and told the viewers: “She’s having her breakfast.”
He added: “Bare with her, bare with her.”
Susanna quickly slid her plate under the desk and said: “I’ll have that a little later.”

It’s not the first time Susanna has been caught mid-brekkie on air.
Back in 2015, she was hilariously seen trying to push her plate under the table after she realised it could be seen on camera.
She joked at the time: “When your breakfast appears in shot, but you think you're secretly hiding it with your foot … .”
Speaking previously about her breakfast habits, Susanna said: “My alarm goes off at 4am and I’m at work for 4.20am.
