TOWIEs Chloe Brockett quits reality show days into filming after co-star clash

Chloe Brocket has reportedly quit Celebrity Ex on the Beach and has already flown back to the UK, just days after filming began on the new series.

Ahead of her stint on Ex on the Beach, Chloe was suspended from The Only Way Is Essex after a blazing row with Roman Hackett, in which she threw multiple glasses at her co-star.

She was then set to appear on the MTV show, with her ex and fellow TOWIE star James Locke set to also appear on the show.

However, it appears that the show was perhaps not the best fit for the reality star, with insiders saying she has already returned to the UK after "clashing" with her co-stars.

A source told The Sun: "She wasn't getting on with some of the other cast members on this year's series.

"There was friction between her and some of the girls and she opted to leave and has already flown back to the UK."

OK! have contacted representatives for Chloe Brockett and MTV for comment.

It comes after Chloe told OK! that she will be returning to TOWIE, despite having been suspended from filming during the upcoming series.

Speaking to us at the National Television Awards she explained: "I'm still a cast member, I've been on the show for four years, so yes, I will be there.

"I missed five days of filming, everyone made out like I was missing the rest of the series but I am in it, so don't worry."

Asked if she had any regrets over her actions, on and off-screen, Chloe said: "Absolutely not, you can't live in the past.

"That was a couple of months ago and there has been a lot of fun things too. I'm on the show because of who I am and if I started changing, it would be a little bit boring."

These aren't the only times Chloe has clashed with some of her co-stars – last year she was said to have attempted to throw a bucket of ice over her co-star Ella Rae Wise during a night out but missed and hit another woman who was left bleeding.

And another recent night out was said to have left Chloe rowing with her former best pal and co-star Amber Turner.

After Chloe's previous altercation with Ella, it was reported that she had been brought in for emergency talks with the production team, but it was ultimately decided that she would be welcomed back on the show.
