Loose Women: Matthew Wolfenden tears up over leaving Emmerdale
Craig Reed (played by Ben Addis) was found dead in a field by Home Farm in Emmerdale weeks after raping Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) on Monday evening’s episode.
The Dingle family gathered around in The Woolpack to try and piece together how Craig ended up dead, with all of them knowing he raped Lydia.
She’s convinced one family member is responsible for his demise after he was tied up and gagged in a remote barn by her husband Sam Dingle (James Wooton) and Emmerdale hardman Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley).
In a series of flashbacks aired during the latest episode, viewers saw Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor Draper) recall her day with her partner Tom King (James Chase).
However, she does not give a full recount of the day and simply tells her family about how he proposed to her after a romantic meal.

The truth is she was left confused by the marriage proposal and, in a moment of rage, he knocked her to the floor.
Belle smacked her head on a table and was left bleeding and lost for words as her breath was short from the shock of the ordeal.
Tom tried to apologise for the attack on her, but fans are convinced he might be the person behind Craig’s death.
Taking to Twitter, Anne shared: “Tom goes out, walks through fields, meets Craig who asks for help. Tom batters him as he blames him for Belle not wanting to marry when Lydia is upset. #emmerdale.”

Could Belle be protecting Tom and hiding the truth from the rest of her family?
A viewer called Megara penned: “Is Tom gonna be the next one dead?”
Meanwhile, a third added: “I think Tom King killed Craig #emmerdale. He certainly has a temper and does not want to lose Belle.”
Another said: “Tom’s been super off to me since he came in, I wouldn’t have necessarily guessed he’d turn out abusive but I’m not surprised if they do go down this route #Emmerdale.”
Amy remarked: “Had a horrible feeling that was where the storyline with Tom was heading. Poor Belle.”
Will the Dingles accept Belle’s fabricated version of events and turn their attention to the next suspect – Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller)?
