The Someone Like You singer, who is reportedly "perfectly happy being single" after her divorce, added: "Follow @grenfell_united for more info." alongside a green heart emoji and the hashtags #Grenfell and #Demandchange.
She then posted in the comments, saying: "Post green hearts! Green for Grenfell!" and hundreds of her followers complied by commenting with many green heart emojis.
Adele was one of the celebrities to visit the scene of the fire just hours after it broke out in June 2017 and two weeks later, at one of her performances at Wembley stadium, the star criticised the government for how it handled the tragic event.
Describing her visit to the site, she said it was "one of the most intense experiences of my life. They’re not receiving the things we think they are. It’s a f*****g mess."
"No information is getting through, people feel helpless. No one knows what they’re doing down there, it’s chaos." Adele told the audience.
The Hello hitmaker added: "I’m raising money for the survivors and it’s important they get money they get to control.
"There’s no plan for the aftermath so I’ll look after that money until they know how they want to spend it. I’ve met the people who wrote the letters and were ignored. They’re still being ignored.
"I am donating a lot of f*****g money anyway but I want us to all do this together. We raised over £100k yesterday."

It comes as Adele has reportedly been giving LA newcomers Prince Harry, 35, and Meghan Markle, 38, advice on the area since the royal couple moved there.
The singer became friendly with the pair back in December 2018 when they all went to visit a community kitchen for the victims of the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
The star is said to live just five minutes from the famous them in Beverley Hills and so often pops in to say hi. Sources told The Mirror that Adele, who is mother to seven year old Angelo, has even recommended schools for baby Archie, one, and places where Meghan and Harry can hang out without being harassed.
The insider revealed: “Adele’s just five minutes from Harry and Meghan and they’ve swapped notes on the area.

“Adele loves the neighbourhood. She’s also recommended her seven year old son Angelo’s pre-school and discreet places to take Archie where they won’t be bombarded by fans.
"Meghan and Harry want to see how they get on in the area first before they commit to buying somewhere.”
The source added: “All three of them get on so well. Meghan admires how Adele has managed to keep out of the spotlight despite being a huge star.
"And she is a big fan of her album 21, which she says helped her through her divorce from [Trevor] Engelson.”
