Amber Heard Admits to Hitting Johnny Depp in 2015 Recording

Conversations between former couple Amber Heard and Johnny Depp have been leaked online and in one of the recordings, Amber admits to hitting Johnny.

Amber filed for divorce in May 2016 after accusing Johnny of domestic. Over two years later, she wrote an op-ed for the Washington Post about how she “faced our culture’s wrath” for speaking up against sexual violence. Johnny then filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Amber.

In his lawsuit, Johnny said, “Ms. Heard is not a victim of domestic abuse; she is a perpetrator. She hit, punched and kicked me. She also repeatedly and frequently threw objects into my body and head, including heavy bottles, soda cans, burning candles, television remote controls and paint thinner cans, which severely injured me.”

Amber replied to the lawsuit by filed a 300-page response that detailed the alleged abuse she faced and she included photo proof of bruises and scars.

In the leaked audio conversation, Amber and Johnny can be heard discussing their marital problems and the physical violence in their marriage. He accused her of punching him, and she said she merely “hit” him.

“I’m sorry that I didn’t, uh, uh, hit you across the face in a proper slap, but I was hitting you, it was not punching you. Babe, you’re not punched,” Amber can be heard saying. “I don’t know what the motion of my actual hand was, but you’re fine, I did not hurt you, I did not punch you, I was hitting you.”

“You are such a baby. Grow the f–k up Johnny,” Amber added. She also admitted to starting the fight.

DailyMail.com leaked the audio and claims it was consensually recorded on Amber‘s phone during a two-hour informal therapy session.
