Billie Joe Armstrong Reveals Which Green Day Song Is ‘Too Hard’ To Play Live

Pop punk icons Green Day have performed a plethora of songs during their decades-long career, but frontman Billie Joe Armstrong has admitted at least one of the band’s songs is “too hard” to play live.

Armstrong has recently been sharing videos of fans covering the band’s songs on Instagram and had a humorous exchange in the comments section of one of the videos about Green Day’s “Panic Song.”

“Billie why you never played PANIC SONG live? That song is pure fire,” a fan commented, leading Armstrong to admit, “it’s too hard and I’m too lazy.”

“Panic Song,” a track from Green Day’s fourth studio album, Insomniac, features a very fast-paced guitar riff.
