Coronation Street: Chris Quinten’s stripper fiancée, 21, hospitalised days after proposal
The 21-year-old fiancée of Coronation Street actor Chris Quinten, 61, collapsed after suffering from sun stroke during their romantic getaway. Robyn Delabarre shared the news of her hospital visit on her Facebook page, informing fans she paid £500 in fees. She shared a picture of her walking alongside a hot tub with the caption: “Nice relaxing day with our Hot tub and view after a horrible trip to A&E last night and me ended up on a drip that cost £500.” Gushing over her husband-to-be, she added: “Never a dull moment lucky he held my hand and cuddled up in the hospital bed with me always looking after me.”
Ahead of uploading the post, Robyn shared that she had checked into a local hospital.
When asked by fans what was wrong, she replied: “All okay now had really bad sun stroke ended up on a drip.”
Robyn’s hospital visit comes just days after she accepted Chris’ proposal at her 21st birthday celebrations.
After a whirlwind seven-month romance, Chris, who previously played Gail Platt’s husband Brian Tilley, asked Rebecca to marry him at her birthday party.
The stripper shared the special moment with the caption: “My 21st birthday a night I will never forget my wow.”(sic)
She went on to reveal the pair had kept their romance under wraps because of their jobs.
Robyn wrote: “My husband to be!
“It’s been a CRAZY 7 months a secret we had to keep because of our jobs but you have made me the happiest girl alive your amazing to me I’m so lucky to have you in my life.
“I’m so glad your mine I love you and I couldn’t care less what Anyone has to say I love you will all my heart thankyou for doing everything you do For me Chris.”(sic)
