Corrie’s Sam Aston is suited and booted on his wedding day surrounded by stars

Sam Aston was every inch the dapper groom as little Chesney Brown from Corrie tied the knot on Sunday.

The actor, 25, wed his long term love Briony Gardner in a romantic ceremony surrounded by his Coronation Street co-stars.

Sam donned a sharp velvet tuxedo complete with a traditional bow tie for his big day at Stock Farm in Cheshire.

The stunning venue is located on the edge of Tatton Park, with the site's barn accommodating up to 350 guests.

Among the guests was Sophie Webster actress Brooke Vincent, 32, who recently announced she is pregnant with her first child.

The brunette looked chic in a black and white polka dot dress and matching jacket.

She was joined on the guest list by Alan Halsall (Tyrone Dobbs), Jenny McAlpine (Fiz Sharpe) Katie McGlynn (Sinead Tinker) and Mikey North (Gary Windass).

Sam proposed to Briony in June 2017 on stage at a charity event he hosted.

Sam and Briony have been gearing up for their big day for the last month – with Sam sharing snaps and videos on his stag do in Edinburgh back in March.

While Briony shared a photo of their wedding rings, kept secure in a round wooden box adorned with their names and the date “05.05.19” weeks ago.

“We’ve also been together for a long time so it just feels right and I don’t feel like I want to wait,” Sam told OK! magazine previously.
