Dan Walker, 44, did not know how to respond after his Strictly Come Dancing partner, Nadiya, 32, shared an emotive message about him on Instagram. The TV presenter thanked the dancer for her support, after being lost for words as he reposted the picture originally shared by the pro dancer.
In the photograph, the pair can be seen smiling and wearing matching blazers.
In view of her 98,000 followers, Nadiya quoted World Champion adventure racer Robyn Benincasa as she captioned the snap.
She typed: “‘..You don’t inspire people by showing them how amazing you are..you inspire them by showing them how amazing they are..’
“This man inspires me everyday.”
Nadiya added: “Thank you partner @mrdanwalker,” alongside a white heart and a dove emoji.
In return, Dan added to the repost: “I don’t really know how to respond to this…
“I am genuinely touched. Thank you for the kind words.
“Thank you for taking the time to get to know my family. Thank you for teaching me not to fear the dance floor.”
The TV personality continued: “Let’s go conquer the foxtrot,” and added two dancer emojis.
