Gemma Atkinson in admission about ‘annoying’ issue at home with Gorka Marquez: ‘Feel bad’

Former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star Gemma Atkinson, 35, has shared her annoyance after her boyfriend Gorka Marquez, 29, had to miss out on their takeaway pizza treat to look after their baby daughter Mia. The Hits Radio presenter admitted that although she “felt bad” that the Strictly Come Dancing professional couldn’t tuck into their dinner with her, she felt irritated she couldn’t help herself to a slice of his order because of his choice of toppings.
Speaking about the issue in a video shared with her 1.4 million Instagram followers, Gemma gushed about her obsession with pizza and explained Gorka kindly offered to take care of their little one when she was woken up by their dogs Norman and Ollie.
The star said: “One thing I’ve realised in lockdown is my pizza obsession has doubled, I’ve been eating a lot of pizza in lockdown, but pizza’s life.
“I don’t trust anyone if you don’t like pizza.”
She continued: “Norman and Ollie barked, of course they did, so Mia woke up and Gorka said, ‘Don’t worry, I’ll sort her, you’ve had a full-on day. You go and eat your pizza’.

“He’s still upstairs with her and his pizza’s in the other room, going cold.”
While zooming the camera in on her remaining few slices, “I feel bad because I’ve demolished mine.”
However, Gemma went on to explain that she was frustrated she couldn’t try some of Gorka’s pizza because it was covered in ham and she’s a vegetarian.
The soap actress quipped: “What’s annoying me though, I’ve got a feeling he’s gonna go, ‘I don’t want it, it’s cold’ and it’s got ham on it.
“I’m vegetarian so I can’t have any, otherwise I’d finish that and all!”
Gemma then cheekily captioned the clip: “@gorka_marquez Thank you but next time just get cheese?”
The mum-of-one then filmed her disappointed beau eating his cold pizza.
“Is it cold?” She asked, as Gorka looked less than impressed and nodded slowly.

After asking if the food was “still nice” in spite of its temperature, Gorka shrugged and replied: “It’s alright.”
Gemma couldn’t help but giggle at the dancer’s reaction.
Elsewhere, the star “shocked” her Hits Radio co-host Wes Butters with a home life revelation.
The former Strictly contestant explained to fans in a video from her home radio studio: “I’m on air with Wes on the radio, Wes, say Hi!

“He’s actually shocked and disgusted that I have my dustbins cleaned.
“He thinks I should go out and clean them myself. Wes, why would you not have yours done? You’re dirty!”
Gemma exclaimed while speaking to her co-star on-air: “It’s less than £3 a week.
“I buy me and you a coffee on our shows when I’m in that studio with you and it’s more than that.”
