High School Musicals Vanessa Hudgens marries basketball player fiancé in beach ceremony

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens has reportedly tied the knot with her basketball player fiancé Cole Tucker.

The American actress is said to have got married in a special beach ceremony, after the pair only got engaged in February, according to US Weekly.

Vanessa and Cole, who originally met on Zoom, were reportedly exchanging their vows in Tulum in Mexico on Saturday, 2 December.

OK! has contacted a representative for Vanessa for comment on the reports.

According to the publication, Vanessa's High School Musical co-star Monique Coleman was one of the special guests in attendance at the event, which was low-key for the couple.

Monique was also sharing snaps from Tulum on her Instagram stories at the weekend.

Vanessa and Cole announced their engagement earlier this year, but it had already been reported that Cole had actually proposed to Vanessa last Christmas.

The couple had been dating for nearly three years, but rumours first emerged about the pair in November 2020.

They were also first spotted together holding hands during an outing in Los Angeles, USA.

A couple of months later, Vanessa finally made her new romance Instagram official with a gushing Valentine's Day post on her feed.

The actress shared a snap of herself kissing the spots star, as the duo looked utterly loved-up.

“It’s you, it’s me, it’s us. @cotuck,” Vanessa wrote in the caption, adding a series of hearts, lips and I love you emojis to her post.

Former Pittsburgh Pirates player Cole later opened up about his new relationship during an interview while he was training for the MLB.

“I got a girlfriend and she’s cool," the star said at the time. "She’s awesome, I love her.

“She’s great. She’ll be around. You will see her, but you saw the headline, it is what it is," Cole added.
