Holly Willoughby Instagram: ‘Look after Baby’ This Morning star sparks frenzy with selfie
The This Morning presenter, 38, who is close friends with Emma Bunton, 43, voiced her excitement for the start of the Spice Girls tour tonight. Delighting her 5.5 million Instagram followers, Holly Willoughby uploaded a pretty selfie, wearing her pink Spice World hoodie and holding up a peace sign with one hand. With the Spice Girls World Reunion Tour kicking off in Dublin tonight, she told Dubliners too take care of her pal. “Today’s the day!” she enthused.
“Dublin you lucky lot… look after Baby for us…”
Holly went on to wish her famous friend good luck on the hotly-anticipated reunion tour.
“Good luck @emmaleebunton go be your incredible self,” she continued. “Love ya!”
She also added the hashtags: “#girlpower #baby #spiceworld2019.”
Fans went into a frenzy over the stunning pic, which showed Holly appearing to go makeup-free, flaunting her naturally pretty features.
Social media users went wild for Holly’s jumper, with one saying: “I want this hoodie!”
“I really want to buy this hoodie,” another chimed in, while a third added: “That jumper though! I think we can buy in on the tour.”
Holly and Emma have been friends for years, with the former praising the popstar when she released her latest solo album last month.
Championing the album on Instagram, Holly gushed: “This beautiful girl’s @emmaleebunton album ‘My Happy Place’ is out today… such a special one with so many personal moments from the whole family.
“Ems I’m in awe!”(sic) she added. “Love you.”
Tonight, Baby Spice will join bandmates Mel B, 43, Geri Horner, 46, and Mel C, 45, on stage in Dublin for the first night of their reunion tour.
This afternoon, the band informed their 85,000 Twitter followers they had completed their sound check as excitement mounted among fans.
“Sound check done boom,” they said. “Here’s a big thank you to our main man choreographer and stage director the fabulous @_paulroberts and our individual associates.
“We couldn’t have done this without you.”
The accompanying picture showed the four women posing with on the stage in Ireland’s Croke Park Stadium.
Meanwhile, Holly also took to social media to wish her mother Linda a happy birthday.
Uploading a sweet selfie of the pair of them together, she said: “This beauty turned 71 today. Happy birthday mama… love you so much.”
