Jason Aldean Shares ‘Got What I Got’ Video Featuring Wife & Family
Jason Aldean shared a video for “Got What I Got” during the CMA Summer Stay-Cay on Wednesday night (July 1), and the clip features his wife Brittany Alden and their children.
“Got What I Got” is the second single from Alden’s ninth studio album, 9, and according to the singer, it is his wife’s favorite on the record.
The visual begins with Aldean’s son Memphis, aged 2, telling his one-year-old sister Navy, “goodnight,” giving her a kiss and saying “I love you.” The visual then focuses on Jason and Brittany, who say they are about to have a date night on the porch.
The video, filmed and directed by Shaun Silva at Aldean’s beachfront house in Destin, Florida, also features the couple driving down the highway and walking on the beach and having a date night at home. It also features Aldean’s two older daughters, Keeley and Kendyl.
“When I got what I got, I don’t miss what I had / The old me before you belongs to the past,” the chorus of the track reads. “In the back of your mind, you might think there’s somethin’ more I want / But when I got what I got, girl, I don’t.”
