Kate Ferdinand is tired but ‘feeling good’ during first pregnancy as she opens up for first time since announcing baby news
Kate and Rio Ferdinand delighted fans when they announced that they are expecting their first child together.
The couple, who married last year in a stunning wedding in Turkey which was covered by OK!, revealed the exciting news in a video, which saw them share their baby news with Rio’s three children Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, nine.
Speaking in her first interview since her pregnancy announcement, Kate, 29, revealed that though she is more tired, she is feeling good and has eased off on her usual intense workouts.

The former TOWIE star told the MailOnline: "I think being pregnant it does change, you are a bit more tired at times but I try to stay active as it's good for my mind.
"We go for walks with the family, stuff like that, it doesn't always have to be crazy exercise just as long as you're moving more than you're sitting, you still feel good."
Talking about whether her fitness regime will change during her pregnancy, Kate said: "I think you have to be really careful, take advice form professionals. I definitely don't think it can stay the same, it has definitely changed.

"I'm working out at a lot slower pace and taking it easy, listening to my body really."
Kate also told the publication that she has found lockdown a bit "draining and difficult" as she attempts to keep on top of her own work, as well as homeschooling.
She said: "I'm really glad it's loosened up, I've enjoyed it to a certain extent. At the beginning it was great, I was getting loads of jobs done.
"Up until the last month or so, I've found it a bit draining and difficult just with the homeschooling and keeping on top of everything.
"We are so glad things are getting back to normal, people can get back to their sports and stuff like that. We can start doing a few more things that we enjoy."

On 18 June Kate and Rio, 41, made the announcement that they were expecting their first child together, sharing an adorable video of them revealing the news to Rio's three children.
The reality TV star penned: “The crazy house is about to get a little bit crazier. Every time I watch this it makes me cry, the best reaction. Baby Ferdy we are all so excited to meet you.”
