Kelly Clarkson To Return As Host Of Billboard Music Awards

Billboard announced Tuesday that Kelly Clarkson will return as the host of the Billboard Music Awards for the third consecutive year on April 29.

The pop star, who hosts the daytime talk show “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” also appeared as a coach on season 18 of NBC‘s “The Voice.”

Clarkson said she is thrilled to be back with the Billboard family.

“I love being part of an event that celebrates our greatest artists and entertains our fans. This a night of music that you won’t want to miss,” she said in a statement.

The three-hour telecast, to be aired live from Las Vegas at 8 p.m. ET/PT, will feature the year’s hottest musical acts, unexpected collaborations and buzzy moments, Billboard said.

Performers and presenters will be announced later.

This year’s Billboard Music Awards is produced by dick clark productions.
