Kevin Federline 'gives Britney deadline to approve sons' Hawaii move'
Britney Spears’ ex Kevin Federline ‘gives star deadline to approve plan to move their sons to Hawaii – or he will take court action’
Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline has given the star a deadline to approve his plan to move their sons to Hawaii – or he will go to court to get a judge to sanction the move, reports TMZ.
Federline, 45, has sole custody of Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, and wants to relocate from LA with his children and wife Victoria Prince in August.
Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells the publication he has asked Spears’ lawyer, Mathew Rosengart ‘several times’ to send a letter or email stating the popstar, 41, is ‘okay with the move’ but he has not received anything.
Kaplan says Federline plans to move August 1 and has to sort accommodation while his wife Victoria Prince has a job offer at a local university but has yet to accept.
Kaplan adds ‘there should be no issue’ with the two boys, saying Federline has 100% legal custody and 100% de facto physical custody, and claims Spears has not seen her sons in ‘more than a year.’

Kaplan has given Rosengart a deadline of Friday to respond – after which he will file legal documents asking for a move-away order.
DailyMail.com understands Spears is not objecting to the move – but it cannot be sanctioned without either a formal waiver from the star or a court order.
DailyMail.com has contacted Federline and Spears’ lawyers for comment.
It comes as Britney’s marriage to Sam Asghari is said to be in ‘deep trouble’ with the couple having ‘screaming matches’.
And now Britney could face more heartache if her two boys move hundreds of miles away to Hawaii in July.
According to reports, Kevin has got his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan to send a letter Britney’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart asking if she would be happy for her sons to be permanently based in Hawaii.
TMZ state Kevin’s lawyers expect to hear back within the week. If she rejects he will go to court a judge and ask permissions – but sources don’t think it will get this far.
One insider told the publication the reason behind the move is as Victoria has a job offer, Kevin is able to get work as a DJ, while the boys get a more private life away from the busy Los Angeles scene.

MailOnline has contacted Britney and Kevin’s representatives for comment.
Britney has previously shared her heartache at having a strained relationship with her beloved sons.
Last year, the singer admitted a ‘part of her had died’ as she had not seen her sons for six months and they didn’t attend her wedding to Sam.
Kevin, meanwhile, said the ‘boys have decided they are not seeing her right now,’ noting it has been a difficult few months for them since a judge ruled to end her 13-year conservatorship.
It’s a tough time for Britney, whose marriage is reportedly on the brink of failure.
Britney and Sam, 29, wed last June in a lavish ceremony but TMZ now claims that Britney has ‘got physical’ with Sam as marital tensions have boiled over.
They also report they have had frequent ‘screaming matches’, with security having to step in at times.
Ahead of the publication’s documentary about Britney, premiering Monday May 15, they further claim that Sam rarely stays at their home together anymore.

Representatives for Sam and Britney were contacted for further comment.
It comes after last week Britney posted an oblique comment about relationships to her Instagram.
The pop superstar reposted text reading, ‘In every relationship there’s the person who falls asleep instantly and the other person who lies awake wondering how that’s even possible.’
The post was credited to the blog Thoughts From Aisle 4, which is written by Marlene Kern Fischer.
It wasn’t clear from Britney’s comment why exactly she chose the post, or if it was supposed to refer to her marital situation with her husband Sam.
Last month, the pair were rumored to be weathering marital woes when they were each pictured without their wedding rings.
An insider told DailyMail.com that despite reports, all was well between the couple.
‘All is good,’ the source dished, adding, ‘Sam is working on a project and she is on a vacation with [manager] Cade [Hudson].’
Asghari shared a snippet of him hiking with Britney, grinning beside the blonde star as they posed in front of a gorgeous view of the ocean.
‘Hike with my woman,’ wrote Asghari treating his three million followers to a glimpse of him and his wife.
The Toxic songstress looked busty in a low-cut pink tank top as her wannabe action star wore a blue Versace gym shirt.
Sam flashed his dazzling smile at the camera as Britney playfully stuck her tongue out.

Prior to her marriage with the fitness guru-turned-actor, Spears was married to backup dancer Federline from 2004 to 2007.
And prior to her infamous three-year marriage to ‘K-Fed,’ she had a whirlwind Vegas fling with childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004 that was later annulled.
Britney said ‘I do’ to her partner of five years Sam at her Thousand Oaks home last June and stunned in a sweeping Versace gown.
The wedding ceremony – which was the singer’s third – was not attended by her estranged family members, father Jamie Spears, mother Lynne Spears, and sister Jamie Lynn Spears.
Also missing were her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.
