Love Islands Rebecca Gormley looks very different as she steps out for awards
Former Love Island star Rebecca Gormley looked a world away from the villa on Thursday (July 28) as she attended the annual National Reality Television Awards.
Swapping her iconic bikini looks for a far more glamorous wine coloured gown, the 24 year old stunner looked fabulous as she posed for the cameras at the swanky bash.
The gown itself featured a statement corseted bodice complete with ruffled neckline, while a thigh high split showed off the star’s toned leg.
Completing her look, Rebecca opted for a pair of strappy metallic heels, while a simple necklace, bracelet and glittery clutch bag added a touch of sparkle to the ensemble.
Ahead of her appearance at the awards, Rebecca shared a preview of her look with fans on social media, as she showed off her elegant makeup look courtesy of makeup artist Jo Dosanjh.
She even gave her instagram followers a sneaky peek inside the event as she partied away with Beaux Raymond, the winner of Netflix dating show Too Hot To Handle and MAFS UK’ s Nikita Jasmine.
In a series of stories posted online, Rebecca could be seen hanging out with with her buddy Beaux, while later she shared an adorable snap alongside Nikita as they enjoyed a glamorous meal alongside the awards themselves.
The Newcastle native seemed to be enjoying herself as the evening progressed, with Rebecca even admitting as much to her fans on Friday as she reflected on the amazing night she had.
“Oh my god, last night when I was at the NRTA’s it was such a good night.” She told her followers while waiting for her ride back home to Newcastle.
"It was so nice to see loads of friendly faces and to see everyone just having an amazing time.”
The glamorous look marked a stark change from what many fans of the Love Islander will be used to, as she ditched her trademark bikinis for a a sophisticated and floor length gown.
Rebecca previously starred on Love Island during its sixth season in 2020, where viewers saw her take part in a variety of cheeky challenges including Get Trollied, Oktobersesh and even a Raunchy Race.
During her time on the show, she dated three contestants, Luke Trotman, Wallace Wilson and Jordan Waobikeze, however she was sadly dumped from the villa after just 30 days in the competition.
