Birthday messages

I had an absolute ball on The Late Late Show in Ireland, it was so much fun. I was on there with my podcast co-host Alison Spittle and former Love Island star Maura Higgins, who is such a lovely girl.

After the show, I went for some food at Conor McGregor’s pub in Dublin. It’s my Heidi’s 16th birthday this week, so while I was over there, both Maura and Conor very kindly agreed to record a video message for her. Heidi will absolutely love them!

In my column last week, I apologised to Molly-Mae Hague for what I said about her daughter Bambi’s name. I’ve since spoken to her on Instagram and she thanked me for apologising. I’m never afraid to admit it when I get something wrong.

ADHD awareness

Sam Thompson has hit back after he was criticised over his upcoming Channel 4 documentary, in which he will explore whether he has ADHD.

Some people have argued that many people with ADHD are under-presented and their voices should be heard, rather than a celebrity who may or may not have a diagnosis. I do agree with that point, but I also think that any awareness about the condition is a good thing. I have ADHD myself, as does my son Max, so I personally think that the more it's spoken about, the better.

Congrats Riri

Rihanna made her big music comeback during the Super Bowl half-time show and announced the news she’s expecting her second child. I was shocked she’s pregnant again, but it’s such lovely news.

She looked amazing – it’s incredible that she was able to do a full routine while pregnant. I wouldn’t even be able to do that without a bump! I don’t know anyone who isn’t a Rihanna fan. How can you not love her?!

Meghan will be mortified

It’s reported that the royal family are expecting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to attend King Charles’ Coronation in May. I hope they do, as they have every right to be there. As you know, I’m a huge supporter of Harry and Meghan and I think critics need to leave them alone. As for Meghan’s half-sister, Samantha Markle, she needs to shut up and leave the past behind.

When I came into the public eye, all sorts of people came out of the woodwork, so I sympathise with Meghan. It’s embarrassing that she’s bringing a defamation case against her. Meghan must be mortified.

Throw in the towel

Roman Kemp sparked a debate on Twitter last week after asking his followers how often they wash their bath towels. I’ll be honest, I try to get as much use out of it as I can before I chuck it in the wash. I live in a big house with a lot of kids, so it’s a hassle. Share the same bleeding towel, that’s what I say!

It’s not good for the environment, or for your energy bills to keep washing them. It’s the same as bed sheets. I probably change my sheets every fortnight.
