Nicole Kidman, 53, has taken the opportunity to tease her co-star Hugh Grant, 60, about his five children. The actress, who is currently starring alongside Hugh in HBO drama The Undoing, said: “I’ve always wanted to work with him, and I have always been a big fan.
“When the director suggested him, I thought he would never do it because he is famous for not wanting to work.
“He says he doesn’t like working but he is so good when he does – he is amazing.”
Joking about Hugh’s preference not to work, Nicole added: “He has a lot of children now who he has to support!”
Nicole also opened up about her experience portraying a husband and wife with Hugh in The Undoing.

She explained during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show: “We’ve known each other since our early 20s.
“We’re friends and our paths have crossed, so it was very apropos to be playing a husband and wife that have been married for 10 years because we sort of have that demeanour together.”
Hugh and his wife Anna Eberstein welcomed their first child John Mungo Grant in September 2012
The couple welcomed their second child – whose name is unknown – in December 2015.
The actor’s ex-girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley revealed Hugh had welcomed his fifth child with his other half Anna in March 2018 during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
Hugh also shares two children – Tabitha, eight, and Felix, six – with Tinglan Hong.
The Notting Hill star previously shared a rare insight into his family life.
He told People TV’s Jess Cagle in 2018: “It was the nicest thing that’s ever happened to me – he said sounding clichéd – but it happens to be true.

“It’s just lovely to have all that love around. Suddenly you love someone more than yourself.
“It’s unheard of in my case and they love you and it’s all enchanting.”
“It’s always amusing to put your underpants on your head,” he said while speaking about a funny game he plays with his sons.
Hugh then revealed: “My little girl at two likes her nappies on my head.”
The Bridget Jones’s Diary actor also admitted he once showed his backside to his son for fun but “then he got the habit and taught every single child in West London to do the same!”
While chatting to TV presenter Ellen DeGeneres about fatherhood, he said: “Everyone was right all these years, saying, ‘Hugh, why don’t you have some children? It changes your life’.
“Now that I have a child, it is life-changing.
“I recommend it. Get some!”
