Rocco Ritchie is spitting image of dad Guy at 22nd birthday bash with mum Madonna, 64

Rocco Ritchie looks just like his father Guy Ritchie in new pictures from his joint birthday bash with mum Madonna.

The duo's special days are close together, with Rocco turning 22 on 11 August while the Queen of Pop celebrated her 64th birthday five days later.

Taking to Instagram, Madonna kept fans updated with their lavish night of celebrations in Sicily.

In the snaps, Rocco can be seen posing with his mother as well as his younger sisters Stelle and Estere Ciccone, nine.

Striking a pose, the 22 year old's eyes, eyebrows and head shape certainly resemble his father's.

Madonna's caption read: "From one Leo to another!! Happy birthday Rocco #rocco @luisabeccaria @luisabeccaria_luworld."

Taking to the comment section, one person wrote: "Good to see mum and son are together again. I'm sure M loves it."

A second wrote: "He's soo grown up, you must be a proud mum."

And another commented: "Happy birthday, Rocco and Queen. You look beautiful as always."

During their time in Italy, the family have reportedly been staying at the 18th-century Sicilian palace, Palazzo Castelluccio.

For the party, Madonna sported a cream-coloured silk dress with a floral pattern, while Rocco kept it smart-casual with an unbuttoned blue shirt.

His sisters, who helped him cut the large briefcase-shaped cake, wore beautiful blue and white patterned dresses.

A source previously told The Sun: “As with every birthday, Madonna will host an epic party, but this year will be particularly special.

“The palace is nothing short of spectacular. I can only imagine she has blown tens of thousands on the evening. But when you’re worth £700 million, money isn’t an issue.

“The plan is to have dinner and drinks outside under the Mediterranean sky with a live band. All of her family are flying to the island with her.”

Earlier this year, Madonna split from her boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams, 28, after three years of dating.
