Ruth Langsford reveals hubby Eamonn Holmes ‘has another woman on his mind’
This Morning host Ruth Langsford, 60, has revealed husband Eamonn Holmes, 60, has been taking exercise tips from none other than British actress Elizabeth Hurley, 54. In a candid new interview, the former admitted her other half has been “bending over backwards” for the model after recently meeting at a lunch.
The This Morning presenter explained that Liz has been providing tips for Eamonn to help combat his back pain.
“Every morning Eamonn wakes up, he has another woman on his mind – Elizabeth Hurley,” Ruth explained to The Mirror.
The TV veteran has even resorted to doing squats while brushing his teeth in the morning.
“Eamonn and Liz met at a recent lunch, and now he is literally bending over backwards for her,” Ruth admitted.

“Comparing notes about backache, Liz has convinced him that a really effective way of strengthening his lower back was to squat while brushing his teeth.”
She added: “Carried out repeatedly, day after day, she says it has helped her tremendously. Good job it’s only me who can see what he looks like as he does this.”
It comes as Eamonn previously underwent a double hip replacement in 2016 after suffering debilitating pain for 25 years.
At the time, he gushed over his wife Ruth for being his “crutch” over the past 20 years.
Speaking to the same publication, Eamonn said: “Ruth’s face was the first thing I saw. I said, ‘If this is Heaven, you’re the angel that I want’.”
It took up to 10 weeks for the This Morning host to fully recover from the operation.
Meanwhile, the ITV broadcaster took to Twitter to express his fears of contracting coronavirus.
It comes after a recent study suggested those with blood type A could be at a greater risk of the virus.
In view of his one million Twitter followers, the host shared a report from South China Morning Post, which had the headline, ‘People with blood type A may be more vulnerable to coronavirus, China study finds’.
The report claimed research in Wuhan and Shenzhen indicated patients with the blood group had higher rate of infection and tended to get more severe symptoms.
They added: “Those with type O had a significantly lower risk for the infectious disease compared to others.”
The deadly coronavirus has affected more than 400,000 people worldwide with cases continuing to rise.

Eamonn shared the post with the caption: “Well not good news for me… #coronavirus #BloodType.”
The information is from a preliminary study of patients in China who were tested positive for the disease.
Despite their findings, they added more work is needed for greater results.4
