The woman posed with her foot on a rake wearing nothing but a hat as she flaunted her bottom. The humorous picture received a mass of comments from his fans and fellow showbiz pals including Lucy Alexander, 48.
The former Homes Under The Hammer star commented: “Tbh face IS familiar now come to think of it.”(sic)
Gaby Roslin also commented with a series of crying with laughter emojis.
Another fan wrote: “This is why I find Eamonn Holmes soooo funny. Irish sense of humour.”
A third penned: “Oh Ruth, dump him – so I can have him. I adore your humour Eamonn.”
Eamonn’s post comes just days after Ruth Langsford gave her fans an update regarding her latest health challenge.

Ruth challenged herself to a 30-day Ryvita eating task to get more fibre into her diet last month.
According to the Ryvita website, the Government recommends an adult should eat 30g of dietary fibre a day as part of a healthy diet.
Taking to Instagram, Ruth told her 658,000 followers the challenge wasn’t as easy as it seemed, but she felt a lot better for completing it.
Sitting make-up free in her garden, she said to the camera: “So we are at the end of our 30 in 30 Ryvita Challenge and it has been quite a challenge.
“I don’t know how you felt about it.
“Adding that extra fibre into your diet makes you really think about what you are eating.”
Admitting to her ups and downs, Ruth added: “Easter wasn’t my finest moment, I fell off the wagon a bit there, but you know, I got back on it.”
She added: “I have to say I really think the Ryvita product… having them as a snack and adding them to my breakfast has helped along with upping my vegetable and fruit intake.”
“I feel better for it, I really do,” she concluded. “I hope you do too, thanks for joining me, see you soon.”
This Morning continues today at 10.25am on ITV.
