This K-pop group is lighting up the Billboard music charts. There are seven members in the boy band, BTS, each appearing on the historic song, “Dynamite.”

BTS released their chart-topping single ‘Dynamite’ in 2020

RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are the artists behind songs like “Life Goes On” and “Blue & Grey.” They also performed on the chart-topping 2020 release, “Dynamite.”

This was BTS’ first song performed and recorded entirely in English. Additionally, the group released a colorful music video to match the “disco-pop” sound.

This song was also BTS’ first Billboard No. 1 hit on the “Hot 100” chart and their first song to earn a Grammy nomination. “Dynamite” features each of the seven idols. However, one member is predominately behind the chorus of this track. That’s the “Golden Maknae” of the group, Jungkook.

Who has the most lines in BTS’ song, ‘Dynamite’?

Although this song features all seven members, the line distribution isn’t exactly even. According to KNetizens, Jungkook is the BTS member with the most lines in “Dynamite,” singing for over 73.5 seconds.

Jimin has the second most lines, coming in at 40.3 seconds. J-Hope has the fewest lines, coming in at 8.6 seconds. However, some BTS members have some hidden vocal moments throughout this song.

For one interview with MTV News, Jungkook asked the other BTS members what was their favorite part of recording “Dynamite” and creating its music video.

“I’m kind of like in charge of English here, so in many parts of this song, you can hear me singing in the background with a low voice,” RM said. Some of the other performers responded with “wow.”

The BTS members share the spotlight on songs like ‘Idol’ and ‘Boy With Luv’

There are some BTS members who are featured voices in select songs. J-Hope takes the cake for the track “Spring Day.” According to Koreaboo, the rapper performed over a quarter of the lines for the recorded version of this song.

For BTS’ song, “Heartbeat,” Jimin had over a quarter of the lines in the song. “Lights” mostly featured Jungkook. Some BTS songs exclusively feature members of the vocal line, like “The Truth Untold.” Others, like “Friends” and “Respect” feature sub-units from this K-pop group.

The “Dynamite” music video is now available on YouTube. Music by BTS, including their recently released album, Map of the Soul: 7, is available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, and most major platforms.
