A CLEANING expert has revealed the correct order to put your clothes on an airer to make them dry quickly.
Scottish mum Jen often shares cleaning tips and tricks over on her TikTok account, Clean with Jen.
In a recent video, the mum revealed four hacks to help get your washing to dry quickly.
The cleaning pro's first tip was to put your laundry on an extra spin cycle to get rid of any excess water.
Jen also revealed the order you hang your clothes up can make a big difference in how quickly they dry.
She said: "How you load your clothes horse is essential to get your clothes dryer quicker.

Jen explained you should always put lighter clothes on the bottom racks, with the thinner materials on the inside and thicker materials on the outside which will help more air circulate them,
Next, put bigger clothes at the top of the clothes horse making sure the thicker items or on the outside of the clothes horse.
The cleaning expert said if you are putting your heater on than a fitted sheet is essential to make the most of it.
"Make the most of that by making your clothes a little tent heater," she added.

She takes a fitted bed sheet and covers the clothes horse with it.
Jen then tucks the fitted sheet behind the radiator to make sure the heat is trapped inside the sheet to dry your clothes quickly.
The cleaning pro also uses some hairclips to ensure the fitted sheet stays shut.
Finally, Jen recommended using a dehumidifier which she bought on Amazon for £30 to suck the moisture out of the air.
The video has since gone viral with over XX views and over 9,000 likes.
People were quick to share their thoughts in the comments section.
Many warned not to use the fitted sheet hack if you have electric radiators as it can be a fire hazard.
One wrote: "The extra spin is a game changer, we noticed such a big difference!"

A third penned: "Are there any solutions for if you have electric wall heaters not proper gas radiators?"
"So don’t cover because fire risk you can use a fan place it in front of the rack and it will mimic wind," replied Jen.
