I’m a lazy girl who lost 155 lbs naturally – I revealed my full day of meals, including chicken nuggets and tacos | The Sun

A WOMAN who lost an incredible 155 pounds naturally has shared her method for weight loss.

But it might not be what you expect. She described it as her "lazy girl" approach and included some family favorites, such as chicken nuggets and tacos.

This lady did not seem to have sacrificed a delicious and mouth-watering diet to drop her pounds.

Instead, her daily diet still tickled the taste buds and, in the process, she has captured the attention of her TikTok followers in epic fashion.

At the last count, Allison (@_finallyallison) had over 585,000 followers and another phenomenal 25.7 million likes.

Her platform is dedicated to her weight loss journey and just how she went about it.

There was little evidence of lettuce leaves sprinkled with chopped cabbage and some seasoning in her recipes.

Instead, she has found a way that allows her to still enjoy food and lose weight.

“Full day of eating in a calorie-deficit lazy girl edition,” she said in her post.

Her video featured before and after pics of Allison and the transformation was amazing.

"[I] used to weigh 401 pounds and slowly but surely lost 155 pounds over the last four years," she said.

She was keen to show others how she did it by sharing her “full day of eats.”

First up on her list was a delicious-sounding “Lactose-free chocolate milk Ninja cream with Greek yogurt brownie."

Then came an old favorite “Chicken nuggets with Asian zing and homemade Ranch. Ranch is my love language," she wrote.

For a snack, she liked Pirates Booty puffed cheese, followed by her final meal of the day “Kalua pork taco."

The total calorie intake for the day was "1900 calories [and] 111 grams protein," wrote a thrilled Allison.

She certainly made an impression on this commenter, who said in conclusion: “I bought and printed out your cookbook and I’m so excited to start using it.”
