NOW that the summer holidays are coming to an end, it's time to start thinking about kids going back to school.
If you want to be the envy of all the other parent's at the school gate, there are some tips to make make it look like you've got it all together, but they're a breeze.
Mum-of-four Shannon Doherty shared some of her best mum hacks on TikTok, and they're perfect for those hectic school mornings.
It's no secret that preparing your kids' lunchbox can be a bit of a nightmare, even if you find food they like it's usually too warm, too cold or completely squished by the time lunchtime actually rolls around.
According to Shannon, you can make life a bit easier by following a few lunch time packing tips.
First, the mum suggested freezing sponges in sealable plastic bags to help keep everything cool.

And if you kids love a yogurt in their lunches you can even freeze them to act as ice packs.
They defrost by lunch time so they're good to eat, but will help keep everything else cool in the meantime.
And if your little one doesn't like room-temperate water the mum suggested filling half way with water and laying flat in the freezer and then filling up in the morning.
You can even add frozen fruit to water instead if your kids prefer sugary juice, they work great as alternatives for ice cubes too.

Flasks can be kept warm by filling with boiling water and then pouring it out again before putting in their hot grub as well.
And if you want to leave your kids a cute little note, the mum suggested writing it on their fruit, she penned "I'm bananas for you" of her daughter's snack.
Finally, the mum suggested meal prepping for your kids lunches and even breakfast on Sundays to save the manic Monday rush.
