Karhu Prepares Winter-Ready Footwear and Apparel Releases

On a day the brand has dubbed “Super Friday”, Finnish label Karhu has announced it will be dropping three footwear packs, alongside a selection of Fall/Winter 2020 apparel.

A follow-up to the brand’s 2017 “Outdoors Pack”, Karhu has reimagined this collection for 2020, drawing on inspiration from hiking and walking trails, and its color direction from the brand’s mid-90s archives. Incorporating weather-resistant materials, this pack is made up of two Fusion 2.0 sneakers — arguably the brand’s most recognisable silhouette.

Arriving alongside is Karhu’s third “Colour Of Mood” instalment. After releasing its initial pack back in September with the second offering landing last month, Karhu now returns with part three. In a season that brings colder conditions, the brand’s aim with this pack remains to evoke further feelings of warmth, comfort and relaxation. Comprising Aria 95 and Fusion 2.0, each sneaker arrives in an autumnal colorway, with pops of eye-catching hues.1 of 3

Karhu’s Synchron running shoe has all the technical features that’s expected of a performance sneaker, yet is aesthetically pleasing too. Arriving in a “Dusty Coral” colorway for 2020, the Synchron includes Karhu’s innovative lacing system, alongside technologies like the Ortix fit — based on countless foot scans and its Fulcrum cushioning for added comfort.1 of 5

Completing “Super Friday” is a range of Karhu apparel and accessories. Each boasting the brand’s iconic bear logo, hoodies and socks have been draped in pastels, blacks and greens to offer understated garments to accompany its new footwear.

All four drops are set for release on November 6 and will be available from the Karhu webstore.
