maharishi Showcases FW20's Best Technical and Performance Pieces
Following on from its hiking boot collaboration with Fracap last month, London-based label maharishi has now revealed a selection of technical and performance gear from its Fall/Winter 2020 collection. The new editorial, shot on England’s south coast, features items that reinforce the maharishi mantra of “respect nature, utilize technology.”
Reflecting this theme, the new capsule mixes reinforced ripstop fabrics, waterproof materials and quick-drying technical textiles with a range of recycled fibres, natural vegetable dyeing techniques and eco-coscious production processes.
Stand-out items in the collection include the Reversible Kimono, constructed using Polartec Air Power Fleece for extra body warmth, and the Han Parka, inspired by the Korean “Hanbok” and produced in waterproof Italian nylon. Elsewhere, maharishi introduces sherpa fleece items made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials, and a selection of camouflage styles sporting this season’s disruptive “DPM: Mamushi” pattern.
All of maharishi’s FW20 technical and performance pieces are available now from the maharishi web store.
In case you missed it, Amsterdam-based Daily Paper made the move into home fragrances with its latest release.
