Matthew M Williams Teases 1017 ALYX 9SM's New "Signature" Sneakers

Matthew M Williams has teased 1017 ALYX 9SM‘s new signature sneaker.

The newly appointed creative director for Givenchy took to Instagram to show two monochromatic colorways of the silhouette. Sporting a mix of suede and full-grain leather, the uppers’ multi-paneled construction emphasizes the shoe’s sleek build. “1017 ALYX 9SM” is debossed at the top of the tongue, complemented by perforations at the rear quarter, eyelet panels and toebox, while a small silver-toned rollercoaster belt at the upper quarters round off the shoe’s bold design.

Though no official release dates have been confirmed, 1017 ALYX 9SM’s new “Signature” sneakers will be available soon on the label’s website.
