Melania Trump: FLOTUS wears £3k bright green dress as she supports husband Donald’s speech
Melania Trump, 50, opted for a pop of colour as she joined her husband Donald Trump, 70 at the White House’s South Lawn for the fourth night of the Republican National Convention. She wore a bright smart gown but social media users were confused over the choice of outfit.
First Lady Melania Trump joined her husband on the White House’s South Lawn.
When attending the speech, Melania stunned her fans with a bright pleated green dress which featured a high neck.
The sleeveless number also featured caped shoulders for a statement finish.
The dress continued out into a full pleated A-line skirt which cut off just above her ankles.
Melania paired the look with a red skinny belt and matching red pointed toe heels.
Her dress was designed by Valentino and costs a whopping £3,250.
The First Lady wore her highlighted light brown hair down with a slight wave that fell just below her shoulders.
She stuck with her signature natural make-up look with a brown smokey eye and a nude lip.

Melania kept accessories minimal with just her wedding ring on display.
People on social media couldn’t stop talking about her green dress with some left divided over the choice of the bright number.
One person wrote: “Wait what is @FLOTUS wearing?? Lime green on RNC acceptance night?!”
Another said: “I don’t like to criticise women for how they look or what they wear. But what on earth was she thinking?”
A third wrote: “Oooh…@FLOTUS dress looking like a green screen!”
While some were unsure of the outfit, other social media users suggested that her dress showed empowerment.
