WITH a mum like fashion designer Victoria Beckham, it is no surprise that eight-year-old Harper is quickly becoming a style icon in her own right.
Last weekend, the adorable youngster wore a cute tropical-themed, rash vest swimming costume and parents were desperate to get hold of it for their kids.

Soon after the photos emerged, the Harper Beckham effect struck, and the high street item began to fly off shelves.
