Doja Cat’s latest look is definitely getting attention.
One year after shaving her head on Instagram Live, the “Say So” singer is adding some color — and creep-crawly energy — to her buzzcut.
On Thursday, Doja shared a photo showing off her fresh hot pink dye job, complete with an enormous bedazzled spider design on the back of her head.
The eight-legged creation — the work of LA artist Jackie Bieber, who’s also collaborated with Dennis Rodman and Dior — complemented the giant bat skeleton tattooed across the musician’s upper back, and garnered mixed reactions on social media.
“You got serious issues,” one popular comment read.
Another pointed out, “I still remember when she was screaming crying bc she saw a spider on live and now it’s on her head.”
A third concerned commenter wrote, “The devil has got her and ain’t no coming back.”
However, others defended Doja and her new ‘do.
“Y’all- she’s just alternative. She didn’t sell her soul 😭,” one supportive fan remarked.
“the hair & back tattoo are so SICK,” another chimed in, while a third joked, “Doja will definitely be in the next Spider-Man movie!!”

The 27-year-old Grammy winner — born Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini — has never been afraid of a polarizing beauty moment.
In addition to adding a series of tats some deemed “demonic” in recent months (including the aforementioned bat), Doja cosplayed Karl Lagerfeld’s cat — complete with facial prosthetics — at May’s Met Gala, has defended getting plastic surgery and memorably covered her entire body with blood-red crystals at Paris Fashion Week in January.
In comparison, her unexpected arachnid tribute seems almost tame.
