    Model and influencer Charlotte Lavish knows how to take a stunning picture.

    However, as well as looking good, the influencer, from the US, is also making a pretty penny from her glam shots.

    However, Charlotte is securing her future by creating a thriving property portfolio with the earnings from her racy snaps and videos.

    The beautiful brunette started out her career making money from racy phonecalls for brand Niteflirt.

    But things changed completely when she started selling her content on OnlyFans.

    "I have been able to completely stop working a 9-5 and also stop freelancing," she told Daily Star in an exclusive chat.

    "I am able to be my own boss truly now. That has been life-changing."

    Talking about what she does with her OnlyFans money, the switched-on model told us: "I spend my money on real estate and long-term investments for when I eventually retire.

    "I’m also looking at starting a separate businesses so that I’m prepared for the day that I stop creating content."

    Luckily for Charlotte, the people around her have been supportive over her racy career.

    "Everyone I’ve told so far is supportive, and I have been lucky to have such a non-judgmental network," she said.

    Despite this, she does get haters online.

    "I do get trolls and haters – I usually report them for bullying and mute/restrict them," she said.

    "They can keep talking to no one while I don’t see their weird comments."

    Asked what makes her stand out on OnlyFans, the model – who also boasts 406,000 Instagram followers – says her kinky nature and curves and a big plus.

    "I think my kink background from Niteflirt make me stand out," she said.

    "That mixed that with my natural hair and curvy body."

    Fans certainly do seem to love her glam snaps online, with every post of hers racking up thousands of likes and gushing comments.

    "You are so beautiful," gushed a follower recently, while another branded her a "sexy queen".

    "That's a woman right there," chimed in a third.

    With comments like that, we're sure she'll be buying her next house in no time!
